Projects & portfolio

Portfolio of contracted clean energy assets.

Three asset classes with a combined scale of 5,000 MW of generation, 10,000 MWh of storage, and 400,000 MT/year of green ammonia, each developed with a distinct technology approach and contracted revenue structure.

Asset classes

Portfolio structure.

Asset class Scale Key characteristics Revenue / offtake
Distributed solar + BESS 5,000 MW generation
10,000 MWh storage
Standardized ~5 MW installations across distributed sites in Southern U.S. power markets. Executed long-term PPAs with creditworthy utility and industrial offtakers.
Green hydrogen / ammonia 400,000 MT/yr ammonia Integrated green H₂ electrolysis feeding ammonia synthesis at industrial scale. Long-term industrial offtake with pricing tied to commodity benchmarks and floor protections.

Operational track record

Five operating segments.

Segment 01

Behind-the-meter microgrids

Targeting data centers with a "tri-gen" architecture (solar PV/BESS, thermal, and chemical hydrogen/ammonia) to bypass multi-year utility queues and support high-availability power.

Segment 02

Qualifying Facility (QF) PPAs

A distributed generation portfolio of 26 independent 5 MW projects across multiple Southern and Western states, with 23 additional facilities planned in designated energy communities. Projects carry QF/PPA-approved status.

Segment 03

Green ammonia production

Modular facilities designed to produce 1,800 MT of green ammonia per year for industrial decarbonization, backed by secure offtake, with initial facilities advancing toward construction.

Segment 04

Private commercial solutions

Two active LOIs to deliver bespoke supplemental power facilities to industrial manufacturers facing utility rate increases.

Segment 05

BESS peaker infrastructure

A network of BESS-powered peaker plants across 20 strategic locations in high-demand power markets, developed alongside major utilities, with construction roll-outs phased across the portfolio.

Geographic footprint

Active and planned projects sited in designated energy communities across the U.S. South and West.

Flagship project

Green ammonia flagship.

PSI's flagship green ammonia microgrid integrates solar PV, battery storage, alkaline electrolysis, and modular Haber-Bosch ammonia synthesis on a single site.

  • Integrated microgrid

Generation, storage, hydrogen, and ammonia synthesis co-located behind the meter on a single site, with no grid interconnection required.

  • Contracted offtake

Long-term industrial ammonia offtake with commodity-linked pricing and floor protections.

Three feedstocks — renewable power, water, and air — converge into green ammonia, a storable commodity delivered to a contracted offtaker.
