Before the Appointment:
SEND: The Let’s Get together Card with this information Appointment Date Appointment Time Appointment Place
With our “Appointment Package” you grab their attention at first with the “Let’s Get Together” Card where you have written in the Appointment date, time & place.

During the Appointment:
Before your appointment is over you give your prospect the Survey to complete and also a Referral Form (Let’s you know how you are doing & a nice referral source)

After the Appointment:
